Ford Authorized Remanufacturer of engines, transmissions and small components in the United States.

Aaron’s Automotive was founded in Springfield, MO remanufacturing transmissions.

1978
|
South East Links Engineering was opened in Lincolnshire, England.

1986
|
Aaron’s Automotive begins remanufacturing transmissions for Chrysler.

1991
|
Fred Jones Mfg. named the preferred supplier for Ford’s nationwide transmission remanufacturing program.

1993
|
Aaron’s Automotive begins remanufacturing engines for Chrysler.

1994
|
Aaron’s Automotive and three other companies merge to form ATC Technology Corporation.

1995
|
Fred Jones Mfg. opens new 200,000 sq.ft. transmission facility in Oklahoma City.

1996

Fred Jones Mfg. becomes first company in Oklahoma to achieve QS 9000 certification. ATC becomes a public company (NASDAQ – ATAC).

Fred Jones Mfg. purchases UK facility. The remanufacturing section of Fred Jones Mfg. is renamed Autocraft Industries.

ATC Technology Corporation purchases Autocraft Industries.

2003
|
Autocraft Industries begins remanufacturing transmissions for Honda.

2005
|
Aaron’s Automotive begins remanufacturing 3000/4000 series transmissions for Allison.
Autocraft Industries wins new 6 speed RWD transmission contract with Ford.

2006

Autocraft Industries wins new 6 speed FWD transmission contract with GM and Ford.

2008
|
Aaron’s Automotive, Autocraft Industries and Autocraft Industries UK are renamed ATC Drivetrain, Inc.
